At SHENI FORMA, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Original tags and packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Customized or personalized products
• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
